Export a Notion page in three steps
- Install Notion to PDF from the Chrome Web Store or Edge Add-ons store.
- Open the Notion page you want to export, then open the Notion to PDF extension.
- Choose your export settings and start the export. Your PDF downloads when it is ready.

Set the paper size and orientation before exporting. Pro settings also let you adjust margins, headers, footers, and watermarks for a more finished document.
Exporting a shared Notion page
For a shared page, first open the link in your browser and make sure you can view its content. Then use the same extension workflow to create the PDF.
