If someone has shared a Notion page with you, you can create a PDF after opening the page in your browser. The extension only works with content that is available to you.
Export a shared page safely
- Open the shared Notion link in Chrome or Edge and confirm the entire page loads.
- Install and open the Notion to PDF extension from your browser toolbar.
- Select your export settings, then export and download the PDF.
Prepare the document before downloading
Select a paper size and orientation that suits the document. For a report, handout, or branded file, use available Pro controls for margins, headers, footers, and watermarks.
Respect Notion sharing permissions
A link does not grant extra access. If the page is not visible in your browser, ask its owner to update sharing permissions before attempting an export.
